Pran Pratishtha Procedure for Gemstones
Select Auspicious Timing:
Choose the right day, date, and Nakshatra.
Align the day with the ruler planet of the gemstone:
Ruby → Sunday (Sun)
Yellow Sapphire → Thursday (Jupiter)
Prepare Mind & Space:
Clear your mind of all negative thoughts; maintain a positive mindset.
Sit on an Aasana or floor, facing East, North, or North-East.
Cleanse the Gemstone:
Wash with fresh milk (unboiled) or holy water (Gangajal).
Place on a special seat (Aasana) in front of your Ishtadev (personal deity).
Offerings & Devotion:
Light an incense or Diya.
Offer flowers, fruits, sweets, and Panchamrit (holy mixture of water, milk, ghee, honey, and curd).
Maintain deep faith in your deity or the planet controlling the gemstone.
Chanting & Energizing:
Hold the gemstone in your right hand.
Recite the Beej Mantra of the gemstone 108 times (check your source for specific mantras).
Follow with other spiritual mantras.
Pray to the ruler planet of the gemstone for blessings and desired results.
Activation Complete:
This energizes the gemstone, creating a live spiritual energy within it.

Do’s:
Wear only natural gemstones; avoid synthetic or imitation stones.
Gemstone must touch your skin (ring or pendant).
Regularly purify your gemstone (preferably before each use).
Chant Beej Mantras for at least 365 days for full activation.
Observe any changes in behavior, health, or life over six months.
Keep faith and worship with purity.
Don’ts:
Do not wear used gemstones; they carry previous negative energies.
Avoid gemstones of 6th, 8th, or 12th house lords without proper guidance.
Do not wear without consulting an experienced astrologer.
Never harbor doubts or suspicion—faith is crucial.
Do not disclose cost or compare the gemstone with monetary value.
